FCIC personality teaching method
Individual differences of students, such as personality diversity and individuality, are one of the important factors affecting learning efficiency and strategies, and differences can directly lead to completely different learning outcomes. FCIC employs individualised instruction to help students to grow holistically and harmoniously based on their unique personalities.
Extroverted student
Cheerful, proactive, sociable, with strong self-confidence
Intentionally compensate for their personality flaws: while preserving their joy for studying, applying suitable pressure and settingbacks can limit impulsive emotions and help them build practical and serious habits.
Introverted student
Delicate, passive, restrained. But they usually like thinking and emotional stability, and they are more focused.
Adopt instructional practices that are aligned with their personality: motivating them to speak up and share their inner feelings while maintaining their self-esteem and confidence
